Shipping Policy

All dealers will pay shipping and handling for the products purchased from Excalibur Motorsports unless Excalibur offers seasonal product promotion with free shipping. Excalibur has the right to choose common carriers for each of your order depending upon your dealer location and service offered by the carrier. Excalibur encourages that you use your own shipping companies to perform the transportation. In this case, a Bill of Lading needs to be provided to Excalibur Motorsports before the shipment can be picked up. You must coordinate with Excalibur Motorsports before you request the pick-up. Excalibur Motorsports will inspect all the products before shipping and pelletize all crates with proper fastening and strapping. All shipments are digitally photographed and documented before they get picked up. Tracking information will be provide to you via e-mail or telephone for each shipment. Excalibur Motorsports can not guarantee the transit time unless you request the shipment delivery time be guaranteed if this service is offered by the carrier servicing your area. Extra charge may apply. You must request Liftgate Service if you need it, otherwise you will be responsible for any chargeback for such service provided by the trucking company at the time of delivery.

Receiving Policy

Your must inspect the exterior condition before receiving the shipment. You need to contact Excalibur Motorsports right away if very noticeable damages to the crates or pallets during transportation or make a notice on the delivery receipt. This will help for later claim for any damages. Excalibur Motorsports strongly suggest you take a photo with your digital camera or cell phone for such situation.

Claim Policy

Excalibur Motorsports will make the claim with our shipping carriers for any damages occurred during transportation. Your help will greatly speedup the claim process. Excalibur will help you if you elected to use your shipping agency or carrier for such kind of claim. .

Return Policy

For whatever reason, you decided to return the product(s) back to Excalibur for repair or exchange after receiving it, you will be liable for shipping charges for shipping the product(s) back and for replacement product(s). All sales are final for all motor vehicles, there is no cooling-off period for new vehicles. Any return must be requested and authorized within 72 hours of receiving. No refund will be issued except exchange for same product(s). All returned items must be in brand new condition, not sold and in original packaging. Otherwise Excalibur has the right not to authorized such return or refuse the accept the return.  For any authorized return from dealers after 72 hours after receiving, there will be a 20% restocking charge regardless their packaging condition, but they must be new and unsold without any damages or repairs ever performed to the item.
